Maggi Masala taste lasts even at the last spoon of noodles. Are you willing to know what’s in that Maggi masala and how to make it?

Then check down below the ingredients for Maggi masala,


  • Onion powder – 2 teaspoons

  • Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoons

  • Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoons

  • Red chilies – 2

  • Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

  • Cumin seeds- 2 teaspoons

  • Pepper powder- half teaspoon

  • Fenugreek seeds- 2 teaspoons

  • Ginger powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Graham masala – half teaspoon

  • Sugar- 1 teaspoon

  • Red chili flakes – ½ teaspoon

  • Corn flour – 1 teaspoon

  • Dry Mango powder – half teaspoon

  • Salt- half teaspoon

  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon


Take all the seeds mentioned above and well dry roast it. Cool it and grind it into a fine-coarse powder.

Add the other ingredients remaining in the list to this coarse powder and sieve it.

Your yummy Maggi masala is ready!!!


Store this in an airtight containers and also preserve in fridge.
